As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving all business parameters for our customers to succeed.
- Understand our customers' key business requirements
- Create a Digital Marketing strategy and calendar to achieve customers' business goals
- Create engaging captions for social media and post content on a regular basis
- Create appropriate content and SEO text for websites
- Engage with customers on regular basis to apprise them of outcomes and next steps
- Work closely with web designers and graphic designers to deliver over and above customers' expectations
- Grow, improve social media metrics like engagement, reach and conversions
